I would tell you that I had a lovely weekend, that I managed to have a good catch up with Stephie over coffee and a lime, avocado and honey cheesecake which was delicious! We also watched Table 19 which was very enjoyable and unexpected, a great Sunday afternoon film. We also had topped popcorn, topped with Galaxy Golden Eggs, Stephie was a fan, I was not.

I would tell you that I have a couple of posts that I cannot wait to write up, including re-staining my table that I made, my own take on the lime, avocado and honey cheesecake and a lovely meatball recipe that is great when you fancy something a bit healthy.

I would tell you that I still love my re-vamped blog from In Search of Cosy to The Things She Loves. Which is crazy because normally I cannot wait to change everything around from the name, to the layout, to the photos.
If we were having coffee...
I would tell you that I am still struggling with my weight a little bit, but I am still getting in the gym around three times a week and trying to eat healthy. And that the countdown to September is on when I am going to be a bridesmaid for on of my best friends, and I don't want to feel self conscious the whole day. Which I probably wouldn't anyway, but it would be nice to have that bit of winter podge off.

I would finish by telling you that I am really looking forward to Easter Weekend, but that I might be quite quiet on the contact front. I have a full scale Easter Egg hunt to organise, a very special Easter Egg for my sister, and will be cooking a HUGE meal for all the family on Sunday.
